Return Period
If you are not satisfied with an item purchased through our online store, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return it under the applicable cooling-off period. After receiving your order, we recommend inspecting the product immediately to ensure it is complete and free from damage. If you notice any issues, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.
Important: Different policies apply to products purchased in-store. Items bought from a physical store may be exchanged within 7 days of the purchase date. During this period, customers may inspect, evaluate, or try the product unless otherwise specified.
Return and Exchange Fees
To initiate a return or exchange, visit the appropriate return portal based on where you made your purchase—either the online order return portal or the in-store purchase return portal. The portal will guide you through the process, allowing you to generate a prepaid return label using your preferred shipping carrier. The return shipping cost will be displayed before payment and can be settled directly through the portal.

Once your package reaches our warehouse, you will receive an email confirming its receipt.

After inspection, refunds or exchanges are normally processed within 5 business days. In all cases, they will be completed within the legally required maximum period of 30 days, provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.
